Payments may be made by check, cash, money order, traveler's check or any acceptable major credit card.
Reservations are confirmed with a with a 10% deposit on your credit card.
Discounts are available to guests representing governmental agencies, not-for-profit organizations or who are visiting patients at Deborah Hospital. (Verification may be requested.)
Check-In: No earlier than 3:00pm; check-in later than 10:00pm may be assessed a fee.
Cancellation Policy: Your confirmed reservation guarantees your accomodation. If you cancel 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival, the 10% deposit will be applied as a handling fee. If you cancel up to two days before scheduled arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the first night's rate; after that, the full rate is due. Upon arrival, if you cancel a portion of your booking, the rate for the first cancelled night may be assessed.
Our non-smoking house is for guests above the age of 12...unless the entire house is booked by one group. No pets please.
