Payments may be made by check, cash, money order, traveler's check or any acceptable major credit card.
Reservations are confirmed with a cash deposit
of 50% of the first night's rate or by any of the acceptable major credit cards.
Discounts are available to guests representing governmental agencies, not-for-profit organizations or who are
visiting patients at Deborah Hospital.
(Verification may be requested.)
Check-In: 3:00pm or earlier by special
arrangement.
Check-Out 11:00a.m.
Cancellation-If your plans change...there is a
handling fee of 10% of the first night's rate for a cancellations 7 days before scheduled arrival;
up to 2 days before scheduled arrival, the fee is 50% of the first night's rate; after that, the
full rate is due. If you shorten the duration of your confirmed reservation, the same handling fees
may apply from the time of notification.
Our non-smoking house is for guests above the age of
12...unless the entire house is booked by one group. No pets please.
